Refund Policy

At [Gamacamedical.co.in] we strive to provide the best consultancy services for your medical appointment bookings. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  • Eligibility for Refund
    • A full refund (1500) will be initiated if we are unable to generate your medical appointment slip due to technical issues from our side.
    • If you wish to cancel your request before we have processed the registration, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Cases
    • Once the medical appointment slip (GAMCA/WAFID) has been generated and sent to you, the service fee is non-refundable.
    • No refunds will be provided if the candidate fails to appear at the medical center on the scheduled date.
    • No refunds will be issued if the candidate is declared "Unfit" by the medical center. Our service is limited to booking the appointment only.
  • Incorrect Information
    • If a booking is made with incorrect details provided by the user (wrong passport number, name, etc.), we will not be responsible. A new booking may require a fresh payment.
  • Refund Process
    • To request a refund, please contact us at 7003830220 or email us at support@gamacamedical.co.in with your transaction details.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
