Welcome to [Gamacamedical.co.in]. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

  • Nature of Service
    • We are a private consultancy firm that assists candidates in booking Gulf medical appointments (GAMCA/WAFID). We are not a medical center and we do not conduct medical exams ourselves.
  • Accuracy of Information
    • The user is responsible for providing correct passport details and personal information. We will not be held responsible for any errors or rejections caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
  • Appointment Slips
    • Once the registration is successful, we will provide the appointment slip to the candidate. It is the candidate's responsibility to visit the assigned medical center on the scheduled date and time.
  • Fees and Payments
    • Our charge is 1500 for GAMCA Medical Appointment. We generate the GAMCA slip on behalf of candidates and charge $10 + tax + our service fees. This fee is separate from any charges that the medical center may collect at the time of the check-up.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • We are not responsible for the final medical report (Fit/Unfit) or any delays caused by the official portals or medical centers. Our responsibility is limited to the successful booking of the appointment.
  • Changes to Terms
    • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Governing Law
    • Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
